There are numerous ways to apply the stain, and each provides you with a different look. Application with a non-metallic sprayer or bottle is recommended, and you should ensure the area is completely covered, and any walls, trim, doors, and other objects that might be affected by the spray should also be covered. Use a special acid-resistant brush or broom after spraying to move the stain around. Always keep a wet edge, and never use a circular motion when brushing.
